  • Rank and Grow $450/mo, 6 month term
  • Lead Machine $750/mo, 6 month term
What is in each

Then month to month.

Terms exist on the Google plans because Google takes months to trust a site. I do not want you paying for month two of a six month process and quitting at the worst possible point.

[ 03 ] Worth doing the sum Verified market rates, mid 2026

What it replaces.

This is the only number I ever put in front of anybody, because it is the only one I can stand behind without knowing your business.

Receptionist figure is the DFW market rate with payroll taxes counted, verified July 2026.

What this does not replace

It does not replace you. Somebody still has to do the work, quote the tricky job, and decide what to charge. It replaces the part where nobody picks up and the lead quietly goes to whoever did.

[ 04 ] Out loud Nothing buried in a contract

The fine print, in large print.

Payment

Half up front before work starts, the rest on a fixed calendar date at launch. Premium and large builds split 50/25/25. Ownership transfers on final payment.

Revisions

Two rounds during the build. Extra rounds are $75. Anything outside what we agreed becomes a written change order rather than a quiet argument later.

If you go quiet

No reply for five business days pauses the project and there is a restart fee. It is not punitive, it is that a half built site sitting open costs me the slot.

Terms

Everything on the front desk is month to month. Google visibility has a 3 or 6 month initial term, then month to month. Websites have no term at all.

Discounts

I do not discount, and I will tell you why: the price I cut today poisons every renewal conversation after it. What I will do is take something out, and tell you exactly what came out.

Texting the law

Marketing texts and emails only go to people who agreed to receive them. Every message carries a way to stop. That is federal and Texas law, and it is also the only way you stay out of the spam folder.

[ 05 ] Questions Eight of them, answered straight

The things people actually ask.

Because there is one of me and no office, no account manager and no sales team taking a cut. The trade off is real and you should know it: I take a limited number of clients at a time, and when I am full you wait. That is the whole difference.
Really free. No card, no trial, no automatic anything. I build a real home page for your business, send you a link, follow up once, and then leave you alone. It costs me a few hours and it is a far better sales pitch than a phone call.
You take it. The site files, the domain, the phone number, the customer list, the reviews. I hand it over and help you move it. A business that has to trap people to keep them has a product problem, and I would rather not have one.
No, and nobody can. Map results change depending on where the person searching is standing, so the same search gives different answers three miles apart. What I guarantee is the work: the profile filled out properly, weekly posts, reviews coming in, listings all matching, on site work done. Months one and two show activity. Months three to six is when calls climb. Anyone who guarantees you a position is lying, and you should hang up.
No. It introduces itself as an assistant at the top of every call, it does not use a fake human name, and it hands over when someone asks for a person. You can also run it after hours only at first and listen to real calls before it goes anywhere near your daytime line.
No. Keep all of it. This sits in front of what you run: it catches the calls, chats and forms your software never sees, and pushes the ones that turn into work straight into it. Switching software is a project nobody needs on top of this one.
It is hosting, the security certificate, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and thirty minutes of edits a month, for $50 to $125 depending on the site. You can skip it on a website and host it yourself. On custom software you cannot, because unmaintained software breaks quietly and then all at once, and I am not signing up to be blamed for that.
Missed call rescue is live in about 48 hours and you can test it yourself from a job site the same day. A Basic site is 3 to 5 days, Standard 1 to 2 weeks, Premium 2 to 3 weeks. Google work is the slow one: activity in months one and two, calls climbing from month three.
