Services

Websites, AI, Google, marketing and software. All of it, from one person.

Seven things, grouped into four ways of paying for them. You do not need all seven. Most start with a website or with missed call rescue, then add the rest once the first has paid for itself. Every price is on this page.

[ 01 ] Websites $500 to $1,500 one time

A site that loads fast on a phone, says what you do in the first line, and makes calling you the easiest thing on the screen.

Every site includes mobile first design, a contact form, click to call, your map and hours, a security certificate, on page SEO and indexing. All accessibility checked before launch.

Basic $500

No site yet, or one you would rather nobody saw.

  • Up to 5 pages
  • Styled to your brand, colors, logo and reviews
  • Contact form, click to call, map, hours, socials
  • Live in 3 to 5 days

No payments, booking or custom features at this tier. Care plan $50/mo.

Most start here Standard $800

You want the site to actually do something.

  • Up to 10 pages, designed from scratch
  • Online booking or a quote request system
  • Leads text and email you the second they come in
  • Gallery and Google review showcase
  • A training call so you can edit the basics
  • Live in 1 to 2 weeks

Care plan $75/mo.

Premium $1,500

Multi service companies, restaurants with real menus, professional services.

  • Everything in Standard, up to 20 pages
  • Email list signup with a welcome sequence
  • Advanced SEO setup and speed work
  • 60 day edit window instead of 30
  • Live in 2 to 3 weeks

Care plan $125/mo.

The edit window, defined rather than vague

Thirty days of free changes means up to three edit requests, about two hours of text, photos, hours and content work. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted from the add ons list. Premium gets sixty days and five requests. It is written the same way in the contract.

The care plan

The build fee gets it made. The care plan keeps it alive: hosting, the security certificate, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and thirty minutes of edits a month. $50 on Basic, $75 on Standard, $125 on Premium, month to month. Cancel and take the site with you.

Stores are not a website tier

Carts, checkout, customer accounts and inventory are custom software, not a website tier, and they start at $2,500. Selling them at $1,500 would be a loss leader with a tail of liability, so I do not.

[ 02 ] AI, in your site and in your tools $200 to $850 a month

AI on your website, AI answering your phone, and AI wired into the software you already run.

One monthly plan covers all three. Keep ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, whatever you have: this sits in front of it and pushes the real work in. For scale, a part time receptionist runs about $1,500 a month and covers 20 of the week's 168 hours. This covers all 168 for $350, month to month.

Starter $200 / month

One problem, solved properly. Pick one to start.

  • Missed call rescue: an instant text back when a call goes unanswered
  • Or website chat that answers questions and captures name and number around the clock
  • Or automatic review requests after every finished job
  • Lead alerts straight to your phone, plus a monthly report

$250 setup, waived if you stay 90 days. Live in about 48 hours.

The one most people keep Growth $350 / month

The office runs itself. All three Starter tools, plus the follow up engine.

  • Everything in Starter, all three tools running
  • Follow up sequences that keep going until they book
  • Booking with reminder texts, which cuts no shows
  • Sales logged into a simple dashboard
  • Email and text campaigns to customers who opted in
  • A customer database built automatically from every call, form and chat

$500 setup, waived if you stay 90 days.

Pro $850 / month

Crews, reps, vendors, more moving parts than one person can hold.

  • Everything in Growth
  • An assistant that answers the phone, takes the details and books the appointment. 500 minutes included.
  • Sales tracking per rep or vendor, commission ready every month
  • One custom automation built for you each month
  • Quarterly strategy call and same day support

$500 setup, waived if you stay 90 days. I take a maximum of three Pro clients at a time.

The assistant always says it is an assistant

On the first line of every call. It does not claim to be a person, it does not use a fake name, and it hands off to you when someone asks for a human. Pretending is how you lose a customer for good, and in Texas there are rules about it.

Judge it with your own ears first

Start it in after hours mode only, call your own number from a job site, and listen to what a real caller hears before it goes anywhere near your daytime line. Missed call rescue is live in about 48 hours.

[ 03 ] Google, SEO and marketing $250 to $750 a month

Getting found by the people already searching, then going and getting the ones who are not.

Two jobs. Google and SEO: the profile, the map pack, reviews, on page work, service area pages. Then marketing on top: managed ads, a landing page a month, campaigns to the list you own. Months one and two show activity. Months three to six is when calls climb. Rankings are a footnote, never a promise.

Local Presence $250 / month

You are close to invisible on Google Maps.

  • Google Business Profile filled out properly: photos, categories, services, questions
  • Weekly posts, review growth and review responses
  • Your name, address and phone matching on Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps and the rest

Three month initial term. $150 profile setup waived on the term.

Most common Rank and Grow $450 / month

A competitive local market where everyone is already trying.

  • Everything in Local Presence
  • On site SEO: keywords, page work, speed, structured data
  • Two written pages or articles a month
  • Competitor tracking
  • Work so you also come up when people ask an AI assistant for a recommendation

Six month initial term, then month to month.

Lead Machine $750 / month

You want a pipeline, not a ranking screenshot.

  • Everything in Rank and Grow
  • A new service specific landing page every month
  • Ad campaigns managed, up to $1,500 a month of your ad spend included
  • Lead tracking so you know where each one came from and what it cost
  • Wired into your front desk so a new lead gets followed up in minutes

Six month initial term. Above $1,500 of monthly ad spend, add 10 percent of the managed spend. Maximum two at a time.

[ 04 ] Software development From $1,500, fixed price

The thing you have been running on a whiteboard, a group text and three spreadsheets.

Agencies turn down work under fifteen thousand dollars and no code shops hold seven thousand dollar minimums. If you want custom at two to eight thousand there is almost nobody to buy from. That is the gap. Fixed price, weeks not quarters, never billed by the hour.

Small $1,500 to $2,500

One core function, one type of user.

  • Quote calculators and job trackers
  • Loyalty apps and invoice generators
  • Simple ordering and basic online stores
  • 1 to 2 weeks, 30 days of bug fixes

$125/mo maintenance.

Most common Medium $3,000 to $6,000

A staff side and a customer side.

  • Booking with crew schedules
  • Vendor portals and dispatch trackers
  • A CRM built around how you actually work
  • Full stores with customer accounts
  • 3 to 5 weeks, 60 days of bug fixes, staff training

$200/mo maintenance.

Large $7,500 and up

Full platforms, several systems talking to each other.

  • Payment processing and multiple locations
  • Heavier AI work
  • 6 weeks and up, paid 50/25/25
  • 90 days of bug fixes, documentation and training

$300 to $500/mo maintenance.

Maintenance is part of every build

The build fee gets it made. The maintenance keeps it alive: servers, security, updates and me on call. It is not an upsell and it is not optional, because software nobody maintains breaks quietly and then all at once.

[ 05 ] Add ons Never folded into a base price

The extras, priced the same way.

These are separate lines on a proposal, never folded quietly into a base price.
