The edit window, defined rather than vague

The care plan
The build fee gets it made. The care plan keeps it alive: hosting, the security certificate, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and thirty minutes of edits a month. $50 on Basic, $75 on Standard, $125 on Premium, month to month. Cancel and take the site with you.
Stores are not a website tier
Carts, checkout, customer accounts and inventory are custom software, not a website tier, and they start at $2,500. Selling them at $1,500 would be a loss leader with a tail of liability, so I do not.
